- No transportation arrangement
- Charged parking is available, which is next to the Hong Kong Stadium,
- Metered carpark is available right outside the OH.
- Please check out the meeting room no. at 1st floor lobby of OH.
- It takes 15 minutes walk to OH from Exit F of Causeway Bay MTR station.

- Gathering at the HKFYG, Tai Mei Tuk Outdoor Activity Centre.
- It takes 15 minutes walk to the Centre from the bus terminal
- It takes 45 minutes traveling to the Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminal from Tai Po KCRC station (Bus 75K or Minibus 20C)

1. Tips for racing in open-water swim and Safety issue on Swim and Bike course
2. Course visit (By coach only. No on site practice is included)
3. Tips for racing in long run and safety issue on Bike course
4. Simulative swim-bike, bike-run transition demonstration & practice |
Equipments: |
A few bikes & racks will be provided by the HKTriA for transition training. Athletes can bring along their own bike and helmet if think fit. |
Remarks: |
- Will be divided into Kids and Adult groups to have their own site visit and training.(Depend on no. of participants)
- Gather at the Disneyland Resort Pier (about 10 mins. Walk from Disneyland Resort MTR station)

Fee: $50 per person per clinic.

1. Enroll online (during enrollment for the race or just enroll for the clinic); or
